Not sure where to put this one but,

it’s deer hunting time here in PA.

DH got a deer yesterday. Well I guess he didn’t get it all cleaned out in the woods because this morning I looked out the kitchen window and saw some insides of the deer.

I let my chickens out and they went after it like it was steak. Is it ok for them to eat it?

I hope so because they are fighting over it. It was so gross watching them.

Sorry I never thought to do a search. I just needed an answer quick. Thanks for the answer. Now I'll do a search and see what I find.

Just be-careful it does not go rancid before they finish it up, they could get botulism from it.

Must be a grim sight! As long as it hasn't gone bad, I guess it's fine to let them feast!

I didn't think of that either thanks. My DH better pick the rest of it up today before he goes to work.
