Can chickens eat figs?

Hello all! I know this might be a dumb question, but I just wanted to make sure. Is it safe for chickens to eat fresh, uncooked figs?

Figs should be fine. If they eat a lot of them, may make for some loose stools(?)

Thanks for responding! No, I don't intend to over feed on the figs. Just give them one a day maybe. So the milky, sticky sap that leak from figs won't hurt, or should I wash that off?

I usually wash figs, will eat some and then share I don’t think that fresh figs off the plant are an issue.

Lol, other way around here, fig bush is in chicken territory. I have to hope they share with me!

I am cracking up at these and WHOLEHEARTEDLY agree! Yes they can eat them, but oh, man I never share my figs I only get a few at a time up here by great lakes! Mine, mine mine!
