Can chickens eat deer scraps? What can and cant they eat?

Chickens are omnivores. Yes they can eat meat.

They can eat any kind of animal protein from ant larvae and crickets to water buffalo and elephants.
If they come upon a deer carcass while foraging, they will eat some.
I feed mine raccoons and turkey/chicken carcasses. They've been known to get scraps from steak dinners, including venison.
