Can chickens pass any diseases onto humans?

Accidentally pricked my finger with the needle I used to give my chicken her metaclopramide.

Yes they can but the chances are slim. Using the same needle on a chicken and yourself may be a good way to get it. What was the metaclopramide for?
Some to consider are salmonella, staph, colitis, campylobacter, conjunctivitis, candidiasis and aspergillosis.
