Can chickens, that are siblings, lay eggs that will hatch into normal chicks?

I have a friend who has a pair of Japanese bantams, and I would love to get some of her eggs - but I didn't know if being brother and sister would effect them. The bantams are show quality, and I would hope for some of the babies to grow up into show quality too. Would the fact that they are siblings make the chicks be born with legs too long, tails not right, or anything of the like?

Possibly. When line breeding you often get the best traits of both but some chicks can get the worst traits of both as well. Is it this F1 brother sister breeding?

What do you mean by, "Is it this F1 brother sister breeding?" They are in the same coop by themselves, so the hens eggs are fertile, if that is what you mean. Do you think I should give it a go?
