can coronation sussex be shown apa ?

The title says it all. I'm told that this color isn't recognized by APA. Has anybody ever shown any ? I'm getting 10 Greenfire chicks tomorrow or Wednesday.

It's not a recognized variety but it can, of course, be shown. They would not be eligable for any award above best of variety. The same was true of Marans & Seramas not too long ago but they're in the Standard now. For any new breed/variety to be admitted to the Standard it has to be shown, it's part of the process.
