One of my chickens, as mentioned previously, has had trouble passing food through her poop, resulting in very watery stool. I was wondering if using a dewormer 'just in case' can damage her in any way?

It won't hurt her, you can use Vabzen goat wormer or Safeguard
Dosage of Valbazen is 1/2 ml for a standard (5lb) size chicken given orally and repeated in 10 days. so about a third ml for a banty. SafeGuard is 1/4 ml per lb given orally for 5 days in a row. You can give it once and then repeat in 10 days for roundworms only. Take them off the roosts at night or seperate them for dosage mixed into treat.

If you use Valbazen, it's very safe. But you need to investigate more into what the main problem may be.
Thank you. She is on the smaller side compared to my other easter egger, and her tail feathers were quite raggedy right before her molt (broken at some of the ends), but she is energized, eats and drinks well, and does not show visable signs of illness other than the poop.
