i have chickens, ducks, and a male turkey. out of random curiosity can either of them crossbreed? probably not but just curious.
also, could a larger breed of chicken breed a smaller breed like a bantom? i know their both stupid questions but i was wondering because i've seen baldnecked chickens and ducks and bantom ducks! they were cool and all but i don't want to end up with a random mutant bird in my flock! [IMG]

Chickens cannot and will not breed with turkeys or ducks or geese.
A larger chicken can and will have offspring with smaller chickens.
LOL no mutant weird things in your future.
There are no stupid questions. There are however lots of stupid answers. [IMG]

The only possible cross is Guinea X Chicken or Pheasant X Chicken but it is rare.
