Can dogs get round worms from chickens?

I saw one worm (round worm) in my chicken's poop yesterday and we are going to be treating all 5 of them today. My question is, can my dogs get this or is it animal specific? Sometimes they eat the chicken poop that's out in the yard. Any comments would be appreciated.

Thanks SO much! I'm planning on worming my flock. I have 2 standards and a banty. Can they all have the same dosage?
