Can ducklings get coxi??? Help!

I saw a tiny amount of red pooh that looks membrany like chicks coxi pooh does in my duckling pen this am. Some of my younger chickens have coxi now and I wonder if they caught it? Is it possible? And if so do I just treat with Corid like the chicks??

Please help so I can treat asap.
