Hard to say for certain, but I think your best bet is to just try it out with supervision! If you're watching them carefully, it shouldn't be risky. If either party gets too aggressive, I'd separate them for now, but I don't think it's going to be a problem. They might squabble for a bit at first, but it's more serious violence or discomfort/fighting for more than a few days that I'd look for. I wouldn't be too worried, though, my ducks weigh something like seven or eight pounds each and some of my chickens are just a pound or so and they still do just fine all together.
One thing that helps relieve tension is to have at least two feeders available, too. That way it doesn't feel as much like the birds are competing, and the ducks can eat at one feeder and the chickens at another. I make a number of separate food piles in my coop so everyone can separate into comfortable groups and there isn't so much squabbling.
