Can ducks and guineas have Denagard?

Thinking I proabably have Mycoplasma in my flock. My ducks are coughing, my guineas are coughing, and my chickens are coughing. I know chickens can have Denagard but, can guineas and ducks have it too?

Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance!

Also @casportpony. I was told the dosage was 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. Is this correct? I just feel like 30ml for 2 gallons of water is kind of a lot.

Casportpony is the dosage for ducks the same as for chickens?
