Can ducks be with chickens and rosters?

1. That is an opinion, not a fact,
Not every opinion is correct, but some are. And if you’re talking about facts, here’s one: drakes often rape hens when they are kept together. Hens don’t have the correct anatomy to make such penetration safe, so it is often serious and maybe fatal. Why take the risk? Plus, since the way are totally different species they have different water and space needs. Why not just house them separately? Nobody said it never works but why take the risk?

Some people might not have a place for them, or might not yet, and just need to keep them temporarily together.

Okay, well in that situation, it’s their choice, but bad things can happen. It’s risky in most cases, which is exactly why everyone advises against it but it’s up to the individual.

Then maybe they shouldn't do it. Just because one can do something, does not mean one should.
Well if they don't got no where for them 'cept the chickens temorarily, than you just have them all run around to God knows where?
