Can fertile eggs survive thunderstorms?

I was woken up just now by thunder and remembered my broody incubating a batch of eggs. As I wrong to hope that they will still hatch? Has the storm killed them?

If your hen is sitting on the eggs, they will be fine. Noise does not kill fertile eggs! Is she still on them?

As long as they aren't in standing water and the mama is still on them, they should be fine

She was still there, so hopefully all is good
I'm just worried because when I Googled it there was mixed reaction. Some said eggs are effected by thunderstorms, others said they wouldn't be. I guess I'll just have to wait and see

Much better to be under a broody than in an incubator that could potentially lose power.
