Can pine needles and fallen leaves cause a goat's urine to turn a rusty brown?

I dry lot and have lots of Eastern White Pines, a walnut tree, a few red Maples, and even a Kwanzon fruitless Cherry Tree.

Once the leaves start falling, from the red maple and the fruitless cherry tree, will they pose a threat to my goats? They have been eating them for about 2 - 2 1/2months (and of course the have a Timothy/orchard hay mix 24/7😀
Right now, I have a ton of pine needles, walnut tree leaves, and a few of the red maple in my dry lot. The goats eat all of those, but especially the field maple.

Will the leaves of these trees cause a problem for my goats?
Can leaves and pine needles change the color of my goat's urine?
