Can goose eggs start setting at the post office in Florida?

I live in Florida, and I had 3 goose eggs that were delivered to me by the post office. They were in Florida for 2 days and its 90 here in Florida. Should I count back to days before delivery?

I would just start counting from the time you put them in the incubator.
