Can Hens Tell Gender of other Hens?

I know it's a goofy thought. I moved my 11 w/o silkies and my sebrights out with my 5 month old pekin pair. We can't tell the gender of the silkies or sebights yet. I spent an hour out in the run with them making sure everyone got along. Funnu thing was may pekin roo ignored the new birds where my pekin pullet would go after them. Can hens tell gender?

I'm sure the chickens all know, as soon as there starts to be any difference in hormone levels.

My 3 month old chicks know. The cockerals are trying to have their way with the pullets, and they also spar together already. My big rooster also spars with the young cockerals, but ignores the pullets.
