Can I broody hen hatch eggs in winter? Here minimum temperature is 0 to 5° celcius.

Sure. Broodies are walking furnaces. Chicks will be kept toasty warm no matter how cold it it. You only need to make sure the hen and the chicks have plenty of calories and fresh water protected from freezing.

I had a broody hatch a few weeks ago and there’s been snow on the ground since, they’re doing just fine.
