Can I candle my eggs on day 21?

I hear ya and feel for ya!! Your lower temp is probably too low. The higher one is good though. I would try to keep it closer to that but with such a low temp you may just end up with a later hatch!!

every time you openhe incubator and handle the egg you risk bacterial infections and embryonic death. do a search on here for "float test" before you give up ont he eggs you have. late in incubation yu will very likely NOT see veins or movement because of chicks getting too big to see those things. But if you float test you can see movement that way (or lack of movement)
