Can I clean the cage with my buttons laying eggs?

I have one pair and one trio and they started laying eggs on fri (today is sunday) I have to clean the cage which would disrupt them alot what should I do it needs to be clean!!!

Ok in case your wondering Got the answer with chickens you can clean their cage but with button quail and pheasants etc you cannot disrupt them you may be able to get away with adding some new bedding but not a lot but they don't suggest even doing that.....
