Can i do something to recover rooster tail feathers?

Can you help me?
I have a rooster with its feathers messy, like tail feathers broken in half, wing feathers shredded, can someone tell me what can i do for them to get normal?
My rooster tail feathers look like this
And wings look like(the images are not mine, its just to show the example)

My rooster lost all his tail feathers to a very bossy hen. It took a while for them to grow back, but they did after his molt.
