My hopeful plan is to increase the 10X10 run to 10x30. Also to convert the Tractor Supply coop from a supposedly 8 bird henhouse with a 3x7 run to enclosing the entire thing making it only a henhouse in the top half and using the bottom half for deep litter system. Hoping to go from 4 hens to 8. And who knows, the following year I may extend the run from 10x30 to 10x50!These links may be helpful:

The one thing I would say is just make sure that you have the space for additional birds. I've always let my broodies hatch and raise chicks in the coop with the main flock - other members keep momma separate. There are very few right or wrong ways to do things imo, so go with what you feel happy doing.
