Can I dust Sick Chicken? Urgent!

I have a malnourished chicken (because of beak deformity) and now she is weakened from mites. Can I dust with Permethrin? or is the poison too strong for a weak bird?

I will do the rest of my flock and clean coop. Just want to know if this one girl can take it?

Yes, killing the mites is more important to keeping her strength. If you can't find food grade DE, use the poultry dust.
