I am making my dear chocoholic husband some truffle filled eggs. You blow them out, boil the shells. Then you coat the inside with chocolate. When solid, you fill with truffle or mousse mixture. Do you think that the choc. would still adhere to the inside of the eggshell if I dyed the shells first?
I though they would look nicer colored.
