Can I eat Fertile chicken eggs?

I have 6 chickens and one rooster I don't just want to incubated eggs I want to eat somthing. You know a lil bang for your buck! Anyway can I eat the fertile eggs my chickens are laying?

You absolutely can as long as you collect eggs on a daily basis. So that a han is not sitting on them incubating them you have no worries

You sure can ... Collect daily so the hens don't get broody on you & decide to hatch them. The eggs won't "mature" unless they are incubated by broody or incubator.

Safe to eat and tastes just like an unfertilized egg, as long as you pick them up daily.
