I have about 25 pounds left a chick starter when I used to raise baby chicks and I was wondering if it's okay for my adult birds to eat it or should I save it for when I get some chicks? Also how do y'all feel about feeding my flock of adults gamefowl feed?

Feed it to them, they will be fine.

Gamefowl feed as in Gamefowl or Game Birds (pheasant, Quail etc.)
What's the protein amount.

Okay thanks and gamefowl as in gamefowl it's %20 protein
It should be fine, just have grit and oyster shells out for them.
Most of the gamefowl feeds I'v seen was a very good feed and had some whole grains in it and not high in calcium (a plus if you have roosters) so the grit and the oyster shells (if you have hens) will help with that.
