If thats all you have, I guess you don't have much choice, but I would only feed them cooked egg whites. Mabey some oatmeal too. Good luck!!

I feed my adult chickens hard boiled eggs all the time, so it should be OK for the chicks too.

Sure, I feed mine eggs all the time. I feed them raw shell and all jus break them. If I was out of feed I would also feed oatmeal as suggested or even bread. One meal does not break or make a chicken program. I know several say feeding raw eggs encourages an "egg eater" in the hen house. I have been keeping chickens for 30 years and that is bull.
