Can I feed strawberries to my chickens?

do you cut up the grapes or do they eat them whole?

They normally just pick it up with the point of the beak run around to find a spot they can eat it and they figure it all out so I don't worry about it

raw potatoes? I don't know about chickens, but those make people throw up.

I LOVE to eat raw potatoes! Ate them like that since I was a kid, Mom used to give them to me when she peeled them. i still eat them. Never made me sick.

I have seen many posts up here where people feed their chickens raw potatoes and they love them. That's why I tried it. I am trying to give my girls a variety aside from their layer pellets.

I have, never had much luck mine don't like them very much nor lemons they don't touch those.

Mine must be part pig, they love most everything, especially strawberries, grapes, and watermelon rinds!

I'm new to chickens but have done a lot of research and I thought you were not supposed to feed chickens raw potatoes or any citrus fruit. I also read once that if you feed them fruit it could cause them to stop laying eggs? not sure seams like every one here feeds them fruit.

I had heard something about the citrus friut but didn't pay much attention because it doesn't go out in the scraps often I have never fd them raw potatos (but the peeling i have). Mine lay every day so maybe it was just some sort of fruit that isn't good for them and slows down egg production? Who knows! LOL
