Locally grown and NON GMO. High quality mix of ground wheat, barley, and peas. added mineral package to give layers everything they need. NO fillers. just natural grains. If your chickens dont like it, I will refund your money. We also have 1000lb totes for $245 we can load in your truck. Weights are guaranteed. CASH ONLY PLEASE

$16 for a 50lb bag. compare to $30+ per bag at feed stores. We are 20 minutes from the Spokane Valley off Trent. 208-69one-654three

This chicken feed is registered and analyzed by the state of Idaho to ensure its nutritional analysis. 50 lb sacks have all been weighed on the scale.

Chickens. Rooster. Coop. Organic. Hens. Chicks.

Is that the feed as it arrives? Birds will pick out the tastiest bits and leave the rest, and the vitamin/mineral mix will settle out at the bottom, not stay mixed well with the grains. There's a very good reason why feeds are ground up together, to prevent these issues. Mary

Doesn't look like a good feed to me - given the ingredients I have a hard time believing it's going to be nutritionally complete (in addition to the fact that the chickens will pick through it). Can they give you a guaranteed analysis?

You would have to see an analysis to know if it's a balanced product or not. On the surface, it is probably deficient in protein. The minerals would also need to be in a pellet form or they will just sift to the bottom of the bag and not be eaten in appropriate amounts with the grains. I have a local mill that makes a similar product marketed to non laying fowl and my guys love it. I think it would make a good product to ferment (less apt to pick out the good parts).
