Can I Free-Range with Avocado Trees on Property???

So far, my birds have shown no interest in my trees, but I've not had fruit yet, can only communicate that they've been uninterested in the leaves, and I've had no bug infestations to attract their attention.

When I was bringing in food waste from the food bank on the regular, there would sometimes be avocados by the 5-gallon bucketful. The chickens would sometimes eat the fruit of a split avocado, but never touched the skin or pit. A few of the pits sprouted and grew small "trees", and the chickens never touched them either.

We have avocado trees on our property in Australia and all the wild birds help themselves to whatever has fallen on the ground...Rainbow Lorrikeets, crows, currawongs, satin bower birds are some of the bird life who love avos... They don't eat the entire fruit of course, just nibble and keep coming back!
