Can I get a recheck on 8-9 week pullets(?)

These crazy birds are still stuck in their 3x5 temporary coop, but are getting some supervised time in the former dog run. So far, I’m not seeing any saddle feathers so I have my fingers crossed.

they wouldn't have male or female specific saddle feathers until their 12 weeks at the earliest... so don't look for those yet. At this age, you have to look at comb and wattles, and sometimes feather patterns. So far, pullets.

Thank you! All but the Polish (Aria)and the Spitz (Jaime) were supposed to be pullets, Aria & Jaime were straight run. I’ll be thrilled if they’re all pullets!

Yep. Aria is a nutball and very adventurous. We joke that all she needs is a tiny sword. She likes to hang out on the swing. Jaime is flighty and tries to be top chicken, but she really isn’t...yet, anyway.
