Can I get email notification of responses?

I know this is a stupid question, but isn't there a way to get email notification if someone reponds to your post? It is just hard to find them without doing a search because the board is so active.

At the bottom of the page there is a subscribe to this topic. If you click that it will email you when there is a new post. Hopes this helps
