Can I get Pullet confirmation please?

These are my 10 week old NHR pullets. Their combs and wattles started getting a little bigger and pinker a few days ago so although I'm 99% sure they are pullets I just wanted some confirmation from those that have more experience. Thanks in advance!

He is definitely a cockerel lol. One person I showed a picture of the pullets to
said something about late blooming roosters so I was a little worried.

Anybody feel like guessing the breed of the cockerel? He was supposed to also be a NHR but I think he might be NHR mixed with BCM maybe? His tail feathers are an iridescent green.

He looks like one to me. Males typically do have green feathers on the tail as adults.

Really? Ok because I had tried to google images of NHR cockerels/roosters and they all looked similar to my pullets. In any event he's a beautiful boy.
