Can I give my broody 17 day incubated eggs?

I've got one thinking she wants to make babies. I've got some eggs in the 'bator at 18 days. Will a) she hatch them and b) get unbroody after only 4 days on the nest?

I wouldn't risk it.
She's only thinking about it and not full on broody and it's not been long enough.

If you have the time to keep an eye on her at hatch time with a plan B if things go pear shaped I'd give it a go. She's still got a few more days to be set on the nest. It all depends on her personality whether she'll want those babies. I've had hens that just want to be broody and aren't at all interested in chicks (will kill them in fact), and some who will adopt anything at any stage of broodiness, even a week after their own chicks have hatched.

Yeah, I figured it was probably too early. She's been semi-serious/not very serious for weeks now. Today's the first time she refused to go roost with her friends for the night.
