Can I Incubate Refrigerated Eggs?

Yes you most certainly can. Assuming they are fertile. You may get a decrease in viability and development, but chances are good! I have done so many times.

You can, actually, there are a lot of people here who have incubated refrigerated eggs after the loss of a favorite bird or whole flock. People also incubate store bought eggs, which are shipped, refrigerated and quite old. the hatch rates aren't as good, but you can

How old are they? Viability drops after 10 days.
Were they washed? That also decreases viability.
But yes, you can incubate them to see if they develop. Candle after 7 days to confirm veins/development.

Yes I keep all my eggs in the fridge, I do have worse hatch numbers but decent enough numbers hatch. Most recent was 43/64

...and if you plan to hatch your refrigerated eggs, you should store them pointy side down. Let them rise to room temperature before you put them in the incubator.

i never had a problem with it, in fact in a warm climate like here in florida in the summer its a better option because they can sporadically start to develop around 80F + then if im waiting to get a batch together a few days theyre all over the place development-wise ... best to keep them in a crisper box if your fridge has one or come up with another strategy, the fridge can remove alot of moisture from them .. then when you are ready its best to take them and put them in a sealed container of some sort to bring up to room temp or they'll sweat really bad ..
