That is what I plan to do. I will probably place it in my garage and substitute the vinyl flooring with a few cheap yoga mats and blankets.

The wood pellets are in the litterbox. I don't have any bedding in the actual cage. We just sweep and mop the vinyl once a week. The water and hay is in the litterbox because it is supposed to encourage them to use the litterbox.

Rabbits poop while they eat. You don't want poop actually in the food, but the pictured setup looks quite clever: clean food to eat, in the right place for the pooping!

Hey guys! So as I’ve mentioned before, I plan to house my future rabbit in a section of my garage. For flooring, I was going to find a couple used yoga mats and lay them down in the exercise pen as a cushion/floor protector and layer fleece blankets over the mats. Do y’all think that is okay?
