It's tricky, frankly i wouldn't why? well ducks love water and silkies hate mud. I have both here so i am saying this from first hand knowledge. My calls(a quad) have managed to mud an entire 10x10 run, yes, they have all that and did all that lol they drill, they spill they mess it up.
Silies dig like chickens do so the one flock who is penned has more holes than flat ground BUT it's not wet because they don't mess with water. I do have some silkies free ranging where some larger hens and Muscovies go but this area is huge and has no watering holes for the ducks(they leave by flying out, only a 4ft chain link) so it's not really an issue.
If you do make sure it's a large area and do watch, chickens peck and can harm the eyes on a duck or wound their head... space and more space is key imo/ime to letting the two mix.
