Can I make my duck coop into a chicken coop?

I just butchered my ducks last week, and would like to buy 15 or so chicks NEXT SPRING. Is there any health risk associated with the old duck poop and stuff? They chickens will just live in the same coop area, and the same fenced in pasture area.

To my knowledge there is no risk housing ducks and chickens together...or raising chicks after having raised ducks in the same coop. I think there are concerns for turkeys when they are raised with chickens...but not ducks. Here's an article that talks about raising different types together.
