Can I make this into a duck pen?

Is the ramp to steep? If so is they a way I can fix it? This will just be their holding pen for nights and if I go somewhere. Other than that they will be free ranging. Thank you for any input!!

Sort of depends on the type of ducks but i wouldnt, sorry. Its a good deal tho.

I got that exact same coop. No I dont think its work for ducks unless you got muscovies but I'm not experienced with that breed so I'm not 100 percent sure. The ramp is really really steep.

My scovys would rather be outside, they also will only go up ramp less than foot high. They sleep in bottom of hen house if they go in at all.

It would be easier to use a dog house and add a door for night time.

Actually we use a smaller version of that for our ducklings and as a hospital for any grown ducks when needed. It was given to us by a neighbor who used it for rabbits. We removed the ramp, and removed the floor of the raised coop part - basically just turning it into one large covered run.

Oh wow, a prefab coop that's actually a decent price! Still pretty small, though.

I have 4 ducklings right now. A Pekin, silver appleyard, and 2 Rouens. But like I said they wouldn’t stay in it but only at night. I’ll have to try to find something with the house closer to the ground. I had a feeling it would be to steep, but didn’t know if I could make it to be not so steep.

I use the exact thing for my nursery/Hospital/ jail. Definitely works for Ducks. Just widen the ramp..You will need to build a better run off it if that's what you plan to use.
