Can I overdose chickens on elector PSP?

I was doing measurements in cups and got a new spray bottle and made a huge mistake.
I basically put 4-5 times the amount of elector psp in than called for. Already sprayed my flock.
Are they going to be okay? Anything I can do at this point other than sit and wait?

It's basically only dangerous if it gets in freshwater ponds or streams, but doubtful it will hurt your chickens as it's considered mostly non-toxic to animals. I've seen people use it for a bath for chickens, usually 10-12 mL Elector PSP per gallon of water.

I'd just make sure they had plenty of water to drink available at all times for the next day or two and a dust bath available in case they get itchy from the dead mites, but I'm sure they should be okay.
