Can I pick your brain?

Coop: 10x12 with a 3x10 storage so 9x10 living space
Run: 16 x 20

I want a "communal" house for a few different breeding groups; JG, Dorkings and RIR. Is this enough space for a roo and 3 or 4 hens per breed AND a few growing birds for butcher (10)?

I would stick with only three hens/rooster for the spaces you're working with...you'd want 16 sq ft for each breeding group...so that would be 48 sq. ft. And then 40 sq. feet for your meat birds, who wouldn't be in there all that long anyway. But how you'll do their separate run space should be interesting, and will depend on your layout...

I was hoping to use this space to house them all together during the non-breeding season. For breeding I would have seperate spaces in another location. As for the meat birds, they would be chicks hatched out by broody hens... Does this change anything?

Ohhhh...I though your were buying actual "meaties" (which are processed really young) rather than eating the breeds you mentioned. And I didn't realize that your mating groups would be in another place when you wanted them bred. Then the only issue I see would be the roosters (assuming you want a rooster of each type?) sharing the space. They may or may not (without bloodshed). Hopefully yours will get along well...
Then yes, as long as you have ample roost space they should do fine together...Now I'm confused about what you're asking...lol.
