can I put 3 weeks chicks with broody hen?

I have a broody hen who just has been sitting a couple of days and was wondering if I could put some small silkie chicks who are 3 weeks old but small under her to raise do you think she will take them should I just try it

just try it. I put my broodies with my meaties (about 3 weeks old then) not thinking about it and they abandoned their nests to take care of the meaties...

it is funny to see 2 silkies trying to take care of 25 meaties that are now 5 weeks old...

well i took her eggs and put the under her and she didnt like it she was pecking at them and was not happy so i brought them back inside and gave her back her eggs I was just hoping
