can i put a 21 week old hen in with a 27 week old hen??

i have 7 japanese bantams (12 week old) and i pick out the of my fav hens and i think about put her in with my white japanese breeding pair
can i do this will she be able to stand up for herself?
the breeding pair are 26-27 weeks old

I'm confused.... Are they 21 weeks out like the title of the thread or 12 weeks old like you wrote in the post???

Yeah, which is it?

If they are he same size, and eating the same food then I'd say it would be fine.

You will find the older birds will pick on the younger one, but if they have plenty of room, they should survive and things will smooth out.........Pop

So if I read your post correctly your talking about adding 7 12 weeks olds with one 27 week old hen right?? They should be fine. Like Pop said make sure they have plenty of room.
