Can I put eggs 2 days apart in lockdown together?

I was thinking of putting them on lockdown when one set is Day 19, and the other Day 17. Will this harm anything?
Nope, it'll be totally fine. Though earlier is better than later, lock them down when the oldest ones are day 18.

I put eggs in the incubator on 3/16 and I have eggs coming on the 3/20 they are shipped eggs so probably won't go in untill early morning of 3/21, It's a 5 day difference is that to big of a difference or will they be fine? I can't afford to purchase a new incubator, I have a farms innovations incubator with an auto egg turner, I have hatched with the egg turner in before but these are dwarf calico Perkins and Seremas I'm afraid they will get stuck under egg turner I'm out of all ideas!!

That kind of incubator is big and square, made of styrofoam or something of the sort, with a removable turner?

I would probably put the new eggs in when you get them, but keep track of which eggs are which (maybe label each egg with a pencil to tell which batch it belongs to.)

When you reach lockdown time for the first batch, remove the turner entirely, and leave the later eggs unturned from that point on. Turning is more important in the first half of incubation, and your late eggs will be past that point.

You might try some kind of divider or basket or bag system to separate the two batches of eggs, or you might just let the early hatchers climb everywhere until you take them out. I can see advantages both ways (easier to not bother trying to separate, less chance of chicks getting stuck or tangled in something, but more likely to get the later eggs sticky or dirty. I don't think being shoved around by active chicks will hurt the later eggs at that stage.)
