Can I put my incubator on lock down for my button quail if my chicken eggs are inside still in early embryo development?

I checked my button quail egg today and it could be all in my head but I might have felt a little peck at the tip of the egg. At this moment I have my incubator set at 100F and 50 humidity. How will I able to tell if my button quail egg is ready for lockdown (I lost track of the days) and if so what setting can I put so that I may lock down my button quail but keep my chicken eggs safe while in day 3 of development? (I have a automatic turning incubator I am unsure if this information will effect anything.)

I would just like to add on this image of my incubator to see if anyone can help me in this.

For lockdown, you need to stop the turning. Unfortunately, the first week is the most important for your other eggs.

If I was in this pickle with no idea of the hatch date, I'd leave it alone until the lone egg pips, then shut the turner off and turn up the humidity to 60% at that time. Normally, it's 70% but 60% should be okay for both types of eggs.

Your temp should be at 99.5F, not 100, but that still should be okay.
