Can I put my smaller bantam chick out in the coop with all the other new chicks?

I'm a newbie and I have 7 -4 1/2 week old chicks, 6 of them are almost all feathered and so ready to go into the coop. Problem is I have what I believe is a Bantam Cochin chick that still only has her wing feathers. If I put the others out in the coop and keep her inside by herself is that going to be worse on her than putting her outside with a heat plate in the coop with the others? Any and all suggestions welcomed.

As long as a heat plate is going to be available, I would move her out with the others.
