Hi, I am wondering if I can i raise geese,quail pheasants, and other poultry with out requiring a pemit in Kansas?

I'm pretty sure you do not need a permit for quail. For pheasants and other game birds, a permit is required. I'm not sure about the geese though.

i forgot to list turkeys in my first post. do i need a permit to raise turkey and peacocks? and how do you get a permit?!?

I don't think you need one for turkeys. Peacocks and other game birds, though, require a permit under Kansas state law.

Yes. Depends what kind the OP is thinking about getting.

Common turkeys such as the broad breasted variety are some that do not require a permit, I believe.
