I think ya all are being self centered and ingorant. I live where coons a very popular. Coons try to get my chickens and they are dead!!!! If babies are in my hay loft they are taken care of till wildlife can take and replace them. All this that everyone is fighting over is a part of life. The cycle goes on you nor I can stop it. Is there not more important things in life than to fight about coons versius chickens? I just shot 2 coons trying to get in my pen. They were digging at the bottom, I know they can't get through, because I have 12" solid block at the base and 4" solid block covering across the whole floor of my pen. Fencing is major covering but I don't have my top on yet. Anything that tries to get my birds is dead. Sorry this whole thing is wrong with the fighting. We are here to help each other not fight. We may not agre with the way things are handled but post if you want the opinions but dont post if you don't. This happens way too hoften. You ave to take the pros with the cons.
