You will get about 14 dozen eggs/week tops and that not the whole year through. If you're like me, you'll probably use a dozen eggs yourself, give a dozen or two to neighbors who take care of your birds when you're away and an occasional dozen to other friends and relatives.
So if you end up with 10 dozen/week to sell and you have a regular job with a number of co-workers, you probably will have little trouble getting a small group of people to buy them regularly. As a plus, they can recycle the egg cartons back to you and you've saved the price of a sign on the road.
I have only a half dozen hens now, live alone and hardly ever have too many eggs. Always a neighbor to give them to or daughters when I go visit.
