Can I seperate them?

My chicken went broody so that means more chickens haha yay not that long ago I asked my mother for more chickens and she said no but now she cant stop me but i asked her and she said yes after a bit of sly crying does the job lol haha. But that means more chicks can i sepersate them from her????
